The New Orleans Pelicans are not looking to trade Herb Jones, according to Marc Stein of Substack.

There were reports over the weekend that the Pelicans would be open to trading Jones with Trey Murphy III eligible for an extension this offseason.

Jones is currently in the first year of a four-year, $54 million extension.

The New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to sign Malcolm Hill to a 10-day contract.

Hill has averaged 25.6 points and 5.6 rebounds in his past 10 games for the Pels’ affiliate in Birmingham.

The Atlanta Hawks and New Orleans Pelicans will broadcast 10 games on local over-the-air channels this season.

Bally Sports-affiliated teams can broadcast up to 10 games on over-the-air stations as part of an agreement from November.

The move will increase the Pelicans' television penetration from 700,000 to 7 million viewers, including into Mississippi and Alabama.

Hawks' games will also be broadcast in Alabama.
