Devin Harris has agreed to a one-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks at the veteran's minimum.

The Mavericks traded Harris to the Denver Nuggets last season.

Clippers Acquire Johnathan Motley From Mavericks

The Los Angeles Clippers have acquired forward Johnathan Motley from the Dallas Mavericks, along with the draft rights to guard Renaldas Seibutis, in exchange for the draft rights to forward Maarty Leunen and cash considerations.

Motley signed a two-way contract with Dallas after going undrafted out of Baylor last year. 

Leunen has spent the past 10 seasons playing professionally in Turkey, Italy and Germany, most recently with Italy's S.S. Felice Scandone.

Seibutis was a second-round pick by the Mavericks in 2007.

The Dallas Mavericks announced they have signed guard-forward Ding Yanyuhang. 

Ding (6-7, 205) has spent the last seven seasons playing professionally for China’s Shandong Golden Stars. In 45 games for Shandong in 2017-18, he averaged 26.0 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.6 steals per game en route to winning his second consecutive Chinese Basketball Association Domestic MVP award.

Ding played on the Mavericks’ Orlando and Las Vegas summer league teams in 2017.

Yogi Ferrell and the Sacramento Kings have reached agreement on a two-year, $6.2 million.

Ferrell backed out of a two-year, $5.3 million deal with the Dallas Mavericks earlier on Friday.

“I heard the vision and optimism from Vlade and Brandon, and got a view of the culture and direction from veterans I look up to, and that was impactful,” Ferrell told Yahoo Sports. “I see the explosive potential from a starving young group that wants to open the floor up with more shooting and play with speed and smarts.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to grow with this team and I can’t wait to bring my heart to Sacramento.”

Yogi Ferrell has backed out of his two-year, $5.3 million deal with the Dallas Mavericks.

Ferrell will reenter free agency.

“We felt uncomfortable and will weigh our options,” agent Cervando Tejeda said.

According to a source that spoke with Tim MacMahon, the Mavericks weren't aware of Ferrell's decision until seeing the report from Shams Charania.

Nowitzki and the Mavericks are not in a rush to sign the actual contract.

Nowitzki, 40, averaged 12 points and 5.7 rebounds in 24.7 minutes per game in 77 contests last season. He underwent minor surgery on his left ankle in April but announced he would play at least one more season.
