Parker is averaging 21.9 points per game and ASVEL is 4-3 in games in which he plays.
Da'Sean Butler has reportedly signed with VEF Riga of Latvia.
Butler was the 42nd overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft by the Heat, who waived him at the end of training camp.

San Antonio police say R.C. Buford, general manager of the Spurs, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Buford reportedly crashed into a fence.
In an emailed statement released Saturday afternoon, a spokesman for the Spurs said Buford is a diabetic, and the cause of the crash was a "severe low blood sugar reaction."
In the statement, Buford said he deeply regrets the incident.
"I take great pride in being a positive member of our community," Buford said. "I apologize to our community, our fans, and the entire Spurs family."
