The Indiana Pacers signed Naz Mitrou-Long to a two-way deal, league sources told Scott Agness and Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The 25-year-old Mitrou-Long was on a two-way contract with the Jazz last season. He averaged 16.8 points and 5.5 assists during Summer League. 

Paul George called it "destiny" for him to eventually team up with Kawhi Leonard.

The Indiana Pacers drafted Leonard in 2011 and traded him to the San Antonio Spurs for George Hill.

"I remember I was in Indy when we drafted Kawhi," George said. "I was a little confused by it because I was the 2-guard and Kawhi was the same position and I was a bit nervous for the competition that was coming.

"But fast-forward, knowing that the player I am and the player he developed into, I wish we would have kept that pick and we could have [grown] together. ... It seems like this was destiny that we were supposed to play together."

JaKarr Sampson has agreed to a one-year deal with the Indiana Pacers for the veteran's minimum.

Sampson appeared in four games last season with the Chicago Bulls.

Justin Holiday has agreed to a one-year, $4.8 million deal with the Indiana Pacers.

Holiday will play with his younger brother Aaron Holiday.

Holiday split time between the Memphis Grizzlies and Chicago Bulls last season.

Justin Holiday has received interest from a number of teams in free agency, including the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Chicago Bulls, Toronto Raptors, Indiana Pacers, Washington Wizards, Charlotte Hornets and Cleveland Cavaliers, sources tell Michael Scotto of The Athletic.

The Memphis Grizzlies are open to cooperating with Holiday on a sign-and-trade.

T.J. McConnell has agreed to sign with the Indiana Pacers on a two-year, $7 million deal.

McConnell emerged as a rotation point guard with the Philadelphia 76ers after going undrafted out of Arizona in 2015.

The Indiana Pacers have agreed to sign Edmond Sumner to a three-year, $6.5 million deal. The final season is non-guaranteed.

Sumner had a $1.5 million option for 19-20 but both sides agreed to let that expire at the end of June to work out a new contract.

Sumner is a versatile backcourt player.
