The Los Angeles Clippers plan on remaining patient and not make a reactionary decision if they are unable to sign Kawhi Leonard or Kevin Durant this offseason, according to sources that spoke with Jovan Buha of The Athletic.

Leonard has been most strongly linked to the Clippers throughout the season.

The Clippers have also been pursuing a trade for Anthony Davis.

The Clippers are believed to not be pursuing any of the potentially available superstars beyond Leonard, Durant and Davis. The Clippers prefer a legitimate No. 1 option and won't settle for a lesser star.
