Raptors point guard Jose Calderon's injured hip has forced coach Jay Triano to shuffle the team's lineup.

Jarrett Jack has moved into the starting lineup and Triano will use different players as their second point guard.

"We're going to make a couple of other changes, too and bring some more energy," Triano said Saturday.

"We aren't successful enough to be banking on what our rotations were. Sometimes this kind of a change will hopefully rejuvenate some guys and get them in the lineup earlier and hopefully make something good happen."

Sonny Weems will see more time and Marco Belinelli and Hedo Turkoglu will get some time as the primary ball-handlers.

"It'll put the ball in his (Belinelli's) hand a little bit more and put the ball in the hands of Hedo a little bit more so hopefully it gives those guys more touches and a chance to get it going offensively," Triano said.
