The Houston Rockets waived William McDowell-White to make roster room for Ryan Anderson, league sources told Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.

Anderson recently agreed to a partially guaranteed deal with the Rockets. 

The Rockets enter training camp with a maximum of 20 players on their roster. 

The Detroit Pistons will waive Michael Beasley to create a roster spot for Joe Johnson.

Beasley spent last season with the Los Angeles Lakers.
