The New York Knicks are set to hire Pops Mensah-Bonsu as the president and director of their G-League operations, sources told Mike Vorkunov and Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Mensah-Bonsu was the GM of the Wizards' G-League team last season.

The New York Knicks are signing Skal Labissiere and James Young to training camp deals.

Both Labissiere and Young are expected to end up with the Westchster Knicks of the G League.

Labissiere and Young were both first round picks.
