DeAndre Daniels has been cleared to play. 

Daniels suffered a broken fifth metatarsal in his right foot as a member of the Raptors' entry in the 2015 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas in July.

Last season, Daniels appeared in 30 games with the Perth Wildcats of the National Basketball League (Australia), where he averaged 14.8 points, 7.7 rebounds and 30.7 minutes. He was the Raptors’ second-round pick (37th overall) in the 2014 NBA Draft.

Raptors 905 have acquired forward E.J. Singler from the Idaho Stampede in exchange for Raptors 905’s own original 2016 second-round draft pick, pending a physical.

In 36 regular season games this season with Idaho (eight starts), Singler, 6-foot-6, 215 pounds, is averaging 7.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 22.1 minutes. In 58 career NBA D-League regular season games with Idaho (2013-14, 2015-16), Singler has averaged 9.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 24.4 minutes.

In 2014-15, Singler played for BC Kalev/Cramo in Estonia, where he averaged 6.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 17.2 minutes in 60 games (19 starts).

The Minnesota Timberwolves will sign Greg Smith to a 10-day contract.

Smith has been playing for Raptors 905 and has averaged 17.4 points and 11.8 rebounds on 46 percent shooting from the floor over his past five games.

Smith has previously been in the NBA with the Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks.

The Denver Nuggets plan to sign Axel Toupane to a 10-day contract.

Toupane has been playing with Raptors 905 of the D-League.

Toupane has averaged 14.5 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 29.7 minutes over 32 games this season with a PER of 14.5.

Toupane went undrafted in 2014 and was playing in France with Strasbourg.
