He wants to play it by ear, but I'm having him come over in the afternoon where I will give him a couple of beers (not enough to get drunk, just loosen him up) and then play the Indy game where we were blown out that I saved on my DVR.

I have to leave now to get ready for a prior commitment to one of our other fellow RealGM users, wichmae.
He is DJing tonight at VI Degrees on Water St. just north of Clybourn. I'm helping him set up and what not.
Come join us there around 10pm and you can bend my ear further about bag night.
I will be in touch kind of sporadically tonight but will continue to work on this from VI Degrees.
Here is the flyer for tonight:

I don't know, how are ya all gonna do much avenging when you can't even find your way in and out of a paper bag? If it gets really ugly I could see maybe a 40-page thread from the survivors about it, then back to business as usual

Buy $10 tickets from GAD. They'll be next to eachother if you buy them from him.

I didn't have time to read the whole thread, which probably makes me ignorant on the issue....but,
Do you guys really believe pissing off an owner who has vouched for the Bucks to stay in Milwaukee is the right thing to do? I sincerely applaud all of you that are participating, but if this does "force" him to sell, don't you think he may open his market to people that possibly want to move the team???
I honestly don't see anything wrong with Kohl. Every move Larry Harris has made, we've applauded. Every time a guy comes up for contract, Kohl has dished out the money for him to stay. Of course we're not winning, but I believe it's a few players fault not the owner or the GM.
Consistency is key...this team changes looks every year. Let's stand put here with the addition of a starting point guard. Mo has to go as well.
Somebody please fill me in...what am I missing??? Why is Kohl so bad and why does everyone want Harris' head???

The way Kohl runs the organization as well as the people who help run it who have no business running it have given us one good season in the past 20 years. You don't have a problem with that?

I agree I'm not to happy with the Bucks organization right now, but it's because of the losing. In the past 20 years, we've had more than 1 good season.
Could somebody do a better job hiring than Kohl? Probably, but I don't think he's done an awful job at all. I think Harris is the right man for the job. I like Larry K and I think the ego of 1-2 players on this team is the problem.

I'm not arguing that he's a great owner, 9 playoff seasons in last 20 years...not bad.
The graph from (adamz) shows a lot, but you have to remember there are 30 teams in the NBA...not every team can have a 70 percent win %. Using probability and odds formulas based on 30 teams...
Anyways, I just think if you rub Kohl the wrong way...he may just open his market up to people who want to move the team.
