Giannis Antetokounmpo was asked if the Milwaukee Bucks firing Adrian Griffin felt different because he was a part of Griffin's hiring. Antetokounmpo gave a candid answer about his relationship with Griffin, as well as his involvement in front office decisions.

"Have I been in a position be asked "What do you think about that?" or "What do you think about this?" Yeah, many times," Antetokounmpo said. "But I was not involved in the hiring of Coach Griff."

The Bucks star also detailed his close relationship with Griffin, including inviting his former coach to his wedding. Antetokounmpo added that although he gives input when asked, he's not the one making the decisions for the Bucks.

"I don't make that decision. Don't get me wrong, I wish I did, you know? I wish I did. But I don't," Antetokounmpo said. "I really, really don't. I just try to stick with basketball."
