The Washington Wizards see a scenario with Chris Paul as the team's point guard for next season, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

"Washington imagines a scenario...where Chris Paul is their point guard this season. They're in a rebuild, they're reshaping this roster. I don't sense they're trying to bottom out and really tank tank," said Wojnarowski on SportsCenter.

The Wizards are currently working to re-route Paul to a third team as part of the Bradley Beal trade to the Suns.

The Clippers are reportedly interested in adding Paul.
