Gary Sacks has stepped down from his position as assistant general manager of the Los Angeles Clippers to pursue other interests.

Sacks' contract with the Clippers expired on June 30th.

Sacks joined the Clippers' front office when Elgin Baylor was general manager.

When Neil Olshey left the Clippers for the Blazers, he was promoted to vice president of basketball operations.

Sacks' influence within the front office lessened during the tenure of Doc Rivers as he's now added the likes of Lawrence Frank, Dave Wohl and even Jerry West.
