Mike D'Antoni indicated that the Knicks are not in the market for Michael Redd, preferring a bigger player to come in off the bench.

“We have a bunch of guys who can play the two,” D’Antoni said. “We’d like to have a little bit bigger guy that can go back to the four some.”

The Knicks could pursue Bostjan Nachbar, Travis Outlaw, Troy Murphy and James Posey if Indiana claims amnesty on Posey's contract.

“We’re not going to force a round peg into a square hole,” D’Antoni said. “If it makes sense we’ll do it, but we’re comfortable with who we have and what we’re doing.”
