St. John's forward Justin Brownlee suffered a fracture in his left thumb midway through the second half of the Red Storm's 93-78 win over Duke on Sunday.

However, he is not expected to miss any time.

Brownlee underwent X-rays and was examined by a hand specialist on Monday and was diagnosed with a non-displaced hairline fracture toward the end of his left thumb.

He will wear a splint to continue playing.
