Earlier this season, while with the Knicks, Darko Milicic was adamant that he wanted to return to Europe.

After a trade to the Timberwolves, Milicic is now very open to remaining in Minnesota and the NBA when he becomes a free agent this coming summer.

"I like it here," Milicic said. "There's nothing they've done to not make me stay here, but you never know. If these guys want me to stay, be on the same page for next year, why not stay here?"

Milicic's $7.5 million contract expires after the season.

"You never know, it's the NBA," Milicic said. "You never know what will happen in the summertime, how things can go. Next year? Until I sign it, I can't tell you if I'll be here or not."
