Minnesota forwards Al Jefferson and Kevin Love would like to share the floor often this season.

Jefferson and Love started just eight games together last season due in large part to Jefferson's knee injury.

"I've thought about it a lot," Jefferson told the Pioneer Press. "Kevin has improved his game in a lot of ways. He can score, pass and rebound. He makes it a lot easier on me. From my understanding, me and Kevin are the future big men of this team."

Love has heard some mention that both are "undersized," but still feels as though they can have great success together.

"Some people say they don't know how we can work together ... two undersized guys playing the same position," the second-year forward said. "We play like 7-footers. If me and Al can get a few games together in the preseason, we could be leaders on this team."
