After turning in an impressive performance on debut, Heat forward Michael Beasley was not able to follow up with another stellar performance against New Jersey on Tuesday, but his team did come away with the win.

Beasley finished the game going 1 for 13 from the field, scoring 9 points, and collecting 7 fouls, the Associated Press is reporting.

"You can't have a great game every night," Beasley said. "But that wasn't a bad game, though. We still won."
