Will Yi Jianlian's representatives allow him to visit Milwaukee later this month for a first-hand look at the city and the organization, and a chance to meet with Bucks owner Herb Kohl?

Or will they keep Yi away in the hopes of forcing Bucks general manager Larry Harris to make a trade? Harris has said he does not intend to make a trade.

"Certainly, we're going to continue to talk," Harris said after watching Team China's 85-84 victory over the Cavaliers. "I don't know the exact next time that will happen.

"But it's a process, and we'll continue through it and are excited (at the prospect) that we can get him in uniform at the start of the season."

While the Yi watch continues in Las Vegas, China and Milwaukee, NBA Commissioner David Stern has begun to take an interest in what happens.

Mark Broussard, an NBA spokesman, said, "The commissioner is monitoring the situation through conversations with the Bucks. It would not be constructive to comment further publicly at this time."
