Elgin Baylor's 20-year tenure with the Clippers as their general manager is the longest in the NBA and the club is finally meeting his expectations.

"I just feel good about the whole thing," he said. "I feel good about the season. We have achieved all of our goals so far. We expected to get to the playoffs. We expected to get past the first round. And now, we're in the second round. Everything we talked about - we've achieved all of our goals so far."

Baylor gives credit to owner Donald Sterling for the Clippers' success this season.

"He's been great and very supportive with everything we've wanted to," Baylor said. "The players we've wanted to bring in - he's just been very supportive."
