Vin Baker would seem to have it made in the Connecticut shade. Without ever having to put on a pair of sneakers, he can cash paychecks totaling in the multi-millions from two teams this year and from one next season.

But, amid reports substance and emotional issues are preventing him from continuing his playing career, it has now been learned that one of his advocates has had to file a grievance to get what Baker allegedly owes him.

Aaron Goodwin, one of the major representatives of NBA players and the agent who saw Baker through his alcohol-related separation from the Celtics and into a new deal with New York, is both angry and upset it has come to this.

?It really bothers me that, with everything I had to do to get Vin back into the league, I have to file a grievance in order to get paid,? Goodwin said.

Evidently, the issue of Goodwin?s fee has been lingering quite awhile.

?This goes back to the Seattle contract,? he said. ?It never should have come to this, but it?s been too long now. I just feel I had to do something.?
