If the Cavaliers are going to get over their current struggles, showing more focus will be among their major tasks, according to Cavs General Manager Danny Ferry.

"The results thus far have shown we can be a good team, but that we need to stay focused on getting better," Ferry replies in an e-mail. "For the most part, we have practiced and played hard."

The Cavs say LeBron James and Larry Hughes had a heated verbal confrontation after one recent loss. Grumbles are reportedly simmering within the team about how rookie head coach Mike Brown conducts practices - namely, that they're too long.
