Heat center Alonzo Mourning was ejected from Miami's game against Denver on Friday night after picking up his second unsportsmanlike technical foul of the game.

Mourning thought he was fouled by Denver's Francisco Elson under the basket, and stomped his left foot angrily over the non-call. Referee Bennett Salvatore, watching from near the midcourt stripe, gave Mourning his second technical of the night with 11:35 left in the third quarter.

Mourning was restrained by Heat guard Gary Payton -- who drew another technical 29 seconds later -- before leaving the court. Mourning's first technical came with 7:23 left in the second quarter, followed by another for a defensive 3-second violation with 3:46 left in the half.
