Washington Wizards' forward Antawn Jamison will miss Tuesday?s game against New York due to a knee injury that occurred during the Wizards victory versus Charlotte on Saturday effectively ending the NBA?s longest active consecutive-games streak at 386.

"It's disappointing that I'm going to miss the game against the Knicks," Jamison said. "But I'm confident that my teammates will step up in my absence. I'm going to use this week to rest and rehabilitate my knee."

Jamison last missed a game when he was with the Warriors on April 19, 2000.
