Larry Hughes had a season-high 33 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, leading the Washington Wizards past the Toronto Raptors 114-109 in overtime Sunday.

Hughes smiled after getting his 10th assist on Brendan Haywood's layup with 1:38 left in overtime. He said Haywood and Jared Jeffries cost him a triple-double in Friday's overtime loss to Philadelphia.

"Brendan and Jared missed two of my assists that would have given me one," Hughes said. "We talked about it and Brendan made sure he got it for me."

"He was real excited to get the ball into me. I was able to finish it for him," Haywood said. "He was joking we cost him his triple-double."

Hughes scored 21 points in the fourth quarter for the Wizards, who rallied from a 10-point deficit in the final 6:29 of regulation. His two free throws with 0.8 seconds left sent the game into overtime.

"He won the game for us in that fourth quarter," Gilbert Arenas said. "He got us back and led us into overtime."
