Van Gundy has spent the past two days in Houston interviewing for the Rockets' coaching job and exploring real estate options and schools.

Van Gundy has not come to terms with the Rockets but plans on letting them know if he will take the job in the next few days. Moving his family to Houston is a potential roadblock, league sources said. Washington's has offered has piqued Van Gundy's interest, sources said.
