The Associated Press reports that a man sought in a murder this past month was arrested getting into Cleveland Cavaliers guard DaJuan Wagner's car.

According to Lean Rose, Wagner's agent, Wagner lent Lance L. Bean his Mercedes S600. Bean was arrested and charged with the murder of Donald Sanders.

Wagner was not present when Bean was arrested.

"Dajuan had no knowledge of the situation,'' Rose said.
