The Clippers' sick list got a little shorter Wednesday, according to the Orange County Register.

Starting point guard Jeff McInnis returned after spending a day at home recovering from stomach flu. He was tested by teammate Keyon Dooling, who was recently cleared by team physician Tony Daly to practice full speed. Dooling, on the injured list with a high left ankle sprain since Nov. 15, is expected to be activated soon.

The good news about Dooling was tempered by concern that guard-forward Corey Maggette might not be available for tonight's game at Staples Center against the San Antonio Spurs. Maggette sat out Wednesday's practice because of patella tendinitis of the left knee.

Tri-captain Lamar Odom's injured right wrist was examined by Daly, who said the injured ligament is healing but Odom still requires a cast. Odom, who has missed the past 11 games, probably won't be back until March 13, trainer Jasen Powell said.
