LOS ANGELES -- The Kings are fortunate to begin a five-game homestand tonight, because right now, they can't win anywhere else.

Sacramento lost its fourth consecutive road game Saturday night, falling 101-85 to an athletic, aggressive and enthusiastic Los Angeles Clippers team before a sellout crowd of 18,964 at the Staples Center.

Sacramento (19-9) meets Phoenix (15-12) at Arco Arena tonight. Since game film of the Kings-Clippers contest is available to the visitors, the Suns, who scored 42 points Saturday night in the fourth quarter of their 102-90 win over visiting Portland, likely will come in attacking the backboards and playing aggressive man-to-man defense.

Getting dominated on the backboards has been a recurring theme for the Kings, who suffered a 53-43 disadvantage. This was the fifth straight road game that opponents have outrebounded the Kings and the fourth straight time the margin has been in double figures.
