When it comes to cultural diversity, the Mavericks are No. 1 in the NBA. They have more international players than any other team in the league: one each from Canada, China, Germany and Mexico.

Those foreign players make up a third of the Mavericks' active roster, which doesn't surprise assistant coach Donnie Nelson. He says the influx of international players into the NBA is just beginning.
