According to the Press-Telegram, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office decided not to file charges Friday against Michael Olowokandi in his alleged domestic-abuse case.

Manhattan Beach police arrested Olowokandi Dec. 1 on suspicion of assault, robbery and false imprisonment, which are all felonies. The decision not to file charges ends the investigation of Olowokandi.

A former girlfriend of Olowokandi's, Suzanne Ketchum, went to police with allegations of the crime. Olowokandi was arrested, spent about five hours in jail and was released on $50,000 bail.

Ketchum, however, soon recanted, saying that no crimes were committed.
