Magic Coach Doc Rivers is thrilled to have Grant Hill on his team. And to this day, if he had to do it over again -- trade Chucky Atkins and Ben Wallace to get him -- he would.
But a part of him aches inside every time he watches Wallace play. Rivers knows that the one ingredient his team lacks -- interior defensive toughness -- is exactly what Wallace represents.
"That was a big cost, no question about that," Rivers said. "I've said before, he is a power forward's version of Jason Kidd. He is a guy that doesn't need to score to help his team. He is a guy who can dominate a game without scoring. And he is probably a guy that everybody in the league would love to play with, just like Jason Kidd."
