Stoudamire is no longer willing to dance around the issue. He wants the Grizzlies to stop being soft. "After a while, there's only so much a coach can do," Stoudamire said. "The guys in this locker room have to decide when enough is going to be enough. We, as players, have to get tough. We have to help each other on defense and offense. We have to trust each other. ...When we get after it, we're not that bad." The Griz enter their home game tonight against the New Orleans Hornets having lost nine of the past 11 games. Mike Conley wore a uniform for the first time in six weeks and made his official return from a shoulder injury that's kept him out since Nov. 18. Conley, who suffered a posterior labral tear in his right shoulder, entered the Grizzlies' game against the San Antonio Spurs with 8:25 left in the second period.
