Nets owner Bruce Ratner will get a 22-year delay on paying the full $100 million for the right to build an arena in Brooklyn.

A new deal was reached on Monday night.

Ratner will pay the Metropolitan Transportation Authority $20 million up front and another $80 million in installments under the revised plan, which the full MTA board will vote on Wednesday.

The original plan called for Ratner to pay the full $100 million at closing for the development rights.
