Celtics coach Doc Rivers said before Sunday's game that Kevin Garnett could return to the court as early as this Friday's contest against the Spurs.

Rivers said that there is better than a 50-percent chance that Garnett could return from a sprained knee that has kept him out for the last few weeks.

Boston's Glen Davis, who is suffering from a sprained right ankle, could also return in time for Friday's game against San Antonio.
