ESPN Radio's Jon Rothstein is reporting that a person close to Stephon Marbury told him that Marbury expects to reach a buyout settlement with the Knicks within a week.

Once released, Marbury is expected to sign on with the Heat, Celtics or Magic.

Given Jameer Nelson's somewhat disappointing season so far, Alan Hahn of Newsday thinks Marbury could wind up in Orlando. Hahn believes the Heat and Celtics are not likely destinations. The Mavericks may be in the mix as well.
