Nuggets' Coach George Karl reportedly asked both Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony to shoot less and get their teammates more involved offensively at the start of training camp.

Anthony scored 22.5 points on 19.2 shot attempts last season while Iverson averaged 26.4 points on 18.9 attempts during the 2007-08 campaign.

Karl also worked on nothing but defense during the first four days of practice after Denver struggled to stop opponents last year.
