Guards Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili each scored 31 points, and the Spurs beat the Hornets 110-99 on Thursday night in Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals, as reported by the Associated Press.

Chris Paul led the Hornets with 35 points, who still hold a 2-1 series' lead. [READ]
