Ja'Kobe Walter is leaving Baylor to declare for the 2024 NBA draft.

Walter is a possible lottery pick after averaging 14.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 32.3 minutes. Walter shot 34.1 percent on 6.3 three-point attempts per game.

Scott Drew has decided to stay at Baylor, turning down interest from Kentucky after emerging as that school's top target to replace John Calipari.

Drew, who won a national title at Baylor in 2021, has a close relationship with Kentucky athletic director Mitch Barnhart but ultimately decided to stay at Baylor, where he has coached for 21 years and gone 446-244. He confirmed his plan to remain the Bears coach in a statement Thursday.

Isaiah Collier New No. 1 Pick In ESPN Mock Draft

USC guard Isaiah Collier is the new number one overall pick in ESPN's updated mock 2024 NBA Draft. Collier tops a field made up of NCAA players, overseas players and G League Ignited prospects.

Through his first seven games with the Trojans, Collier has averaged 17.7 points and 4.3 assists. The 6-foot-5 point guard is shooting an impressive 53.9% from the field, including 42.1% on three-pointers.

Behind Collier, ESPN's top-five includes Alex Sarr of the Perth Wildcats in Australia, Zaccharie Risacher of JL Bourg in France, Ja'Kobe Walter of Baylor and Ron Holland of G League Ignite.
