True. I dont even know what happened. It looked like he was trying to choke Ray or something but then the ligaments in his elbow exploded. Tommy John surgery FTW.

fixed.

There are a few folks that would disagree, I'm quite certain.

BUT SCREW THEM!!! YEEAAHHH!!!

Again, great game. Even though I'm a devout Pistons fan I don't know how anyone could be pissed about this loss. Disappointed, sure, but not pissed. I enjoyed watching this game more than any other I've seen in a long time.

It's odd. Rondo doesn't play a lot for a starter, yet Doc has decided to play him 40 minutes this series. The starters may be exhausted with the amount of minutes they're getting, and fatigue was likely a factor in the 4th quarter. A win in game 6 would give them 4 days off in a row before the Championship. It's not a must-win but it would be very helpful.

I think I just watched an NBA classic in person.. my heart was in my throat for pretty much the entire second quarter.

LoL at the announcers for pointing out how the Celtics were blowing it with the lead while they had the lead. Jeff had a great game, and that's what announcers should be 15% analysis 75% comedy.

Honestly this stuff is killing me. I just can't believe that game. So many shots hit, so many threes, so much to be angry and happy and confused about.

And dammit I thought game 2 was the best we were going to see these two teams put up.

Game 5 is the best game I've ever seen personally in the playoffs. And I watched the Celtics come back from 20ish point down in the fourth against the Nets in the ECF 7 years ago.

NOTHING would suprise me in this series now. Celtics win tomorrow or Piston win of 6 and 7. Nothing is out of bounds and that has to do with how good both teams are instead of a lack of ability.

Celtics postgame show reporting Rip is the only Piston left in the vistors locker room and that he couldn't even tie his own shoes or put his shirt on without assistance. His arm is in a sling.

You **** with a bull you get the horns. Nobody chokes Ray Allen and gets away with it.

Rip will play, the x-rays were negative and they're saying he's got a strained elbow but the problem is it's on his shooting elbow. I won't be shocked if he plays, but I'll be surprised if he plays well. People were saying he was just faking but it doesn't make sense that he'd fake an injury with the gamne on the line. I can't stand Rip's dirty ass game or his disgraceful flopping but the guy is a **** gamer. He's not Vince Carter.

If you watch the highlights of the game you'll see his hand around Ray's neck and then after the play was over his arm just went dead without any sort of contact. It was weird.

Oh no, he wasn't faking, he was in pain for sure.
