Need Help Comparing Possible Lineups

I just started using RotoChamp and I have been putting together different lineups based on the auction projections provided by the software (our league is a 5x5 12 team yahoo auction league) and i was wondering if there was a way to compare them to each other. I have been using the projected year end stats (ex. 723r-170hr-679rbi-148sb-.282 vs 719-183-687-129-.279) to loosely compare each lineup. i was wondering if anyone knew of an easier way to compare projected lineups.
