Seriously, Lets go celtics. Just get them in game 7. Which I do expect. I expect a win. Not a BLOWOUT, but a nice comfy win. Then the same thing will happen, with detroit. Go to 7, but yet it will be even closer. Who knows though, we could lose, and seasons over. But I am not going to be a negative nancy, too many of those when we went against the hawks, and you were wrong. So lets be positive, I am. GO CELTICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are the refs that terrible league wide or do they save it only for when your teams playing?

No, it's league wide. Isn't it obvious? Have you been watching any of the playoff games this year? East and West. And it's been this way for years now. The NBA needs to go to younger referees, pay them more, and have them appear at press conferences (just like players and coaches do) after each game publicly answering questions to their calls, with replays of them readily available. Only way to fix this $&!%. But no that would take away Stern's control.

The jazz-lakers series has been ridiculous also

NBA is clearly rigged. It is time for senators to step in. I really don't like David Stern. He is a con artist.

How about this? If the celtics go 4-15 instead of 0-15 they would have won the game. Do the refs suck? Yes but you guys act like the celtics are the only team that has issues with the refs. EVERY TEAM has problems with the refs. get over it.

The game was over around the 6 minute mark in the 2nd. After West hit that 3 at the buzzer most people on here knew the celtics were not winning this game.

the NBA truly is the most corrupt league in sports.

I have never seen a game so badly officiated. that pierce "foul" on LJ was complete BS and my 91 yr old grandma could even have made that call right. bad eyes and all!!!!

JS got a laugh out of it.

If the refs dont take care of us at home I'm going to be surprised. I think we'll have to just flat out play terrible to lose.

What's obvious is that the worst team in the playoffs took you to 7 games. Now a crappy Cleveland team has taken you to 7. You should be afraid, be very afraid. Best record should have blasted the Hawks in 4 and Cavs in 5...9 games, not 14.

Seems to me every celt on the floor and bench had a better view than you, yet not one complaint. Are the refs that terrible league wide or do they save it only for when your teams playing? If you make it to the finals I'd be willing to bet the conspiracy favors the Pistons. I understand Wizard fans complaint because that's all they can do is talk, but the Celts do have some talent.

Did you see the postgame interviews? The Celts didn't say anything because they know better than to get a Tech in a close game, we still had an outside chance. After the game, the Celts voiced their opinions on that call.

Did you seriously just use the "Be afraid" line? Yeah, I'm going to have nightmares over this.

Dude, even if we were to lose, it's just a game, and no, contrary to what some announcers may believe, LeBron is not going to murder everyone in the Garden.

David Stern better prays that we win this Sunday.

I get tired of Lebron. 9-23 is far from impressive to me. Cleveland loses Sunday and we get the Detroit/Boston conf finals that everyone has been looking for all season.

"we had some good looks" = we don't have an offense so we took turns jacking up 18 footers, hopefully they'll go in next time...

:noway: :noway: I know. Clearly, it's Doc's fault that Cleveland played good D and didn't let the Cs get their shot off. Fire the bum. :nonono:

Ray and Pierce both passed up threes. Not good ones but better than what they got.

David Stern would off himself if San Tone played Cleveland or Detroit again in the championship. I'm a huge NBA fan and if San Tone plays Detroit I'm not sure how much I'll watch. The only reason I'd watch San Tone vs. Cleveland is because I'm a Cavs fan, otherwise I'd have zero interest in that matchup.

Tonight shows the perfect contrast between the Lakers and the Celts. The Lakers at Utah come out with their tempo then impose their will. The Celts don't control tempo and don't impose their will on the road.

Also the Lakers are doing it on the road, in a harder arena to play in than Cleveland and against a better team than Cleveland. This is the exact difference as to why I think when the Lakers play the Celts the Lakers will win in 5 games.

We just played poorly. It was because of the refs I agree, but it's also because of how awful we shot and played defensively.

Well, it is hard to shoot when you get bumped or touched hard.
