It's now or never for the Celts and it all comes down to answering the wake-up call in style. I think they will, winning by 15-18 points.

Stop playing like sissies, stop playing scared! Show that you have *****, that you have pride! Attack the rim, shoot with confidence, play with passion, play with energy! It is now or never! It is time to show that you are winners not losers! Believe in yourselves!

We will win this game! We will win this game! We will win this game!

I actually think there is a better chance that Atlanta will win this game, although we play at the Garden. They must be fired up as never before to get into the next round, and they know they can beat us.

If we lose, we definitely needs some changes. Maybe we could fire Doc, or do a trade or two. But we shouldn't keep it like that.

If we win, however, it doesn't mean we can't win against the Cavs in 6 because we had to beat Atlanta in 7. It's just a matchup problem for us. But still, watch out for LeBron!

I want the Celtics to put to rest any doubts and demolish the Hawks by 25+. Then I never want to see the Celtics of Games 1-6 EVER AGAIN.
My Starting 5:

PG: Allen Iverson
SG: Paul Pierce
SF: Kevin Durant
PF: Kevin Garnett
C: Patrick Ewing

Too late for that. You lose 3 of 4 against a 8th place team there will be doubts ,and justifiably so, for while.

Can they Celtics redeem themselves? Yes they win tomorrow, then beat the cavs 4-1 would be a start.

If they lose it will be a disaster. It will hands down be the biggest loss in Boston sports history. This will NEVER go away for the players and it will always be immortalized much like Bill Buckner.

No contest: It is the Celtics. The giants won what, 3 road games to get the the superbowl? That in itself is amazing. Plus like they say any given Sunday. The Giants were better than the pats that Sunday, for 1 game and they won.

This is a 7 game series. If the celtics lose FOUR games to an 8th seed it is easily a bigger upset. Why? Because the celtics have had multiply chances and games to end this series.

I am sure Doc is brining this up as well. No one on that team wants to be immortalized like that, especially in Boston. This will never go away if they lose tomorrow. Doc will forever be branded a coach who cannot get out of the first round and KG will be labeled as a player who cannot bring his team to the next level.

If they win tomorrow no one will be talking about this series in a week.

I disagree, it would be the Pats.

It would be the Celtics if we broke the CHI Bulls regular season record for wins.

But the Patriots were on their last game from a perfect season and one that has never been achieved before with 19 games.

That's immortality.

Us, were just a 66 team like the 67 win Mavs team. Maybe the biggest choke job in NBA history. But not a bigger shock then teh Pats.

If I were you, Celts fans, I would fo sho hire a hit on the refs that oversaw the games you guys lost. Then replace them with Stern and STu Jackson, who obviously have mancrushes on the lakers-celts series possibility.

All joking aside, homecourt advantage in the playoffs is a huge advantage in many ways. You'll enjoy it on Sunday, and win by at least 20.

Gotta figure all 3 of their home wins don't even total up to the spread in 1 of your home wins :) gotta be good news there

PS.. how important is it now that KG didn't get ousted for elbowing that ref.

Remember you arn't as bad as the mavs until you loose game 7 :)

And if the Celts were to loose, it would be a /way/ bigger loss than the Pats in the super bowl. A lot of people felt the Giants had a good chance in that game to compete. I don't think anyone thought the Hawks would win more than 1-2 games in their wildest dreams.

honeslty who was saying wow those Giants look good enough to be a historic defying Patriots team. We may be seeing a matchup of two of the best teams in NFL history in the SuperBowl!

No one, the people that "thought" they had a chance were mostly just people that were jealous fans and looking for reasons to hope for a chance to see the Pats lose.

Oh God, I am literally praying for a win because I have NO CONFIDENCE in this bunch of wilting, sissy, immature players to close out a game seven.
