Do we have a twosome comparable to either of these duos?
Can we really bank on Jalen being anywhere near the caliber of Paolo or Tatum?
Is Trae anywhere near those guys?

How does Miami keep pulling these types of performances from limited players?

Riley is the reason that Miami has dominated this division since his hire almost 30 years ago.

Is there a single basketball mind you'd be willing to turn the entire basketball operation over to for the next few decades?

We got to build a culture where guys are just dying to come to our team-- the way Miami has.

Switching directions every time we hit a bump in the road ain't getting us there.

It's tough to say where we are.
We do have Trae.
Murray is under a good deal.
Most of our contracts are solid. Capela hurts a bit but that's about it. Trae maybe overpaid by my metrics but he more than makes up for it with his attendance draw locally.

The lack of control of draft picks in the next three years and we haven't shown the aggressive to spend is a massive flaw.
