For those who haven't followed McGrady's playoff career, this game pretty much sums it up - McGrady playing his heart out, but getting no help from his team mates.

tmac played great.

I agree. With Rafer and Yao out, BJ unable to stop Deron, and the Jazz bodying, double teaming Tmac on each play...

Tmac did a great job, barely his fault

I think players like T-Mac and AI are just like that. They are alpha players but not complimentary. Vince Carter is like that and I think Kevin Martin is like that. Those type of players need to either be Kobe or not show up. Yao can be healthy. He will be a key. Never exciting, but he will change the game.

t-mac doesn't need help he needs health. With Yao and Rafer for all of the games the Rockets probably would have beaten the Jazz in 6.

Eventually he'll get his just dues. Despite the media fodder of Tmac not getting out of the second rd, he raises his game in the playoffs and it's no fault of his own that he can't advance. It's unfair that he has to carry this stigma around when he has absolutely no help from anyone else on the team.

Props to Tmac for a heckuva series, he was nothing less than spectacular.

Never give up even when lost hope.

I am happy tonight. well, I believe a Win will make me happier, but I am happy because of the way TMac play. It shows his heart.

You will lose or win. It's not a big deal. Only one can get champion. others are losers. If you win champion this year, next year you don't win it then you are loser too.

Something you can't control, your faith, like watch one of your family members get cancer and die. Live with it, and enjoy life.

TMac, enjoy basketball, even your team lost every game.

Yes he does. 4 years and playing with rookies and non shooters.

his backup is luther head who is dookie in the playoffs

undersized unathletic players like chuck hayes who cant do anything really that should be back in the D league

battier, overrated intangibles

can anyone else on t his team create their own shot besides tmac?

this team as is, is going nowhere
Notes: Rookie Rudy Gay twisted his left ankle trying to guard McGrady late in the third quarter and limped to the bench. He returned with 5:51 left, then returned to the bench about a minute later - http://www.nba.com/games/20061231/MEMHOU/recap.html

that being said, the rockets healthy would have probably beaten the Jazz.

Did Head even score a bucket this series?

This is the second year in a row that he has absolutely dissapeared.

if if if and this team still isnt enough to compete with the top of the west.

an old center, and far too many deficiencies from a team standpoint to continue.

depth would help injuries but of course there is none in Houston, and what they have on the bench is pathetic. How many D league players?

They're #2 behind Miami with D leaguers
