Can anyone here provide an answer as to what the guy was actually spraying on Luka's crotch? If it was some sort of ointment spray don't see why he'd spray it over his shorts?

Complete guess but my wife asked the same thing when we were watching. I assume some small amount of blood got on his shorts and it was something to sanitize it in the event of any blood born disease.

I suspect it's the same magic mist that they use in soccer. I believe it's a topical anesthetic, trying to hit the inside of the hip. The only reason that they're not pulling Doncic's shorts down is that it's national TV...
