Well, Embiid had a triple double. 5 offensive rebounds and 4 blocks. That’s not a bad game.

We don't have a single player that draws doubles other than Brunson.

It doesn't matter how poorly embiitch played (for his standards) that's not the point. He still draws tons of attention whereas Brunson is the only one they game plan for

Are you purposefully dense?

Those guys do not demand double and triple teams on offense the way Embiid does.

If you knew anything about ball, you would know that having an all nba teammate that draws that type of attention takes pressure off the sidekick.

Yet in fourth and OT he was on the Knicks squad more so than on the Sixers with all the turnovers and brain farts

Stats wise not a bad game but when it mattered Biid was terrible

yep, it’s a shame how the city can do such of great job of tricking the tourists with a few select areas while everywhere else in nyc is basically a free for all of you on the wrong or right place at the time

Embiid made some crucial defensive plays (besides that flagrant) to keep it close.

Also, Embiid still commanded attention on offense. Brunson crosses half court and he was seeing double immediately. They’re defended much differently.

Knicks should be embarrassed by that choke job. Hell in OT with the game on the line Brunson didn't feel he could trust anybody else and basically went ball hog on offense. This is one for the ages. Props to Maxey though he showed what he was made of
