They keep bringing up the "it's just basketball" quote, which is either a troll or an embarrassing ignoring of context.

He was asked how the role players stress/pressure can effect playoff play. He said they were professionals and you're supposed to feel the pressure. Yes, you are supposed to feel it, but you gotta go out and play because it's just basketball. What's the worst that can happen? You have a bad game and move on, which is actually what Dlo did after game 3 :lol:

seems like it was decent advice

DLO, Gabe, Vando, Rui, Max Christie & picks is a fair value for 36 yr old Durant with a torn Achilles injury.

DLo, Booker, Beal, Rui/Vando, Nurkic with Gabe/Max coming off the bench or trade pieces for suns

This would make the Suns a young & fast offensive team
With a long timeline for the Booker & Beal Combo

They we're never going to win with no depth with Durant

Reaves, Prince, Durant, LeBron, AD is the perfect roster to run it back vs the Nuggets next season.

P.S if the Suns want Reaves instead of DLo the Lakers should still 100% do it

By his standards, he was ok he didn't dominate. AD is a great defender though.

Toughing out nothing, he was running and jumping just fine. I don’t buy that baloney for a second. As for AD, he was killing it before the injury and the Lakers were up. It’s not really just about that quote though. It’s more about his attitude when things don’t go his way, he’s been around for 20+ years, there are plenty of examples of this. If the Lakers would have eliminated the Nuggets he would have expected everyone to bow down and proclaim him the goat. He loses and can’t even stick around to shake their hands.
