The average fan probably can't name more than 1 player on the Hornets, let alone the Blazers.

But, they probably do know who Wade, Shaq, & LeBron are.

Plain and simple. --- You can pout, whine and moan all you want, but until the NBA goes the other way, get used to the Heat playing on your TV.

The nba SHOULD be catering to the REALgm crowd. For one thing, we are far more educated about the nba and actually care about the nba. We made the triple headers on sunday on NBC. Poll any realgm poster, and they will tell you that they hate seeing the Cavs, SPurs, Suns, Heat, Lakers, Nuggets, Mavs, Celtics, and Pistons on every night (especially Heat and Cavs).

why would nba care about realgm?? realgm is just a small minority of basketball fans and a quarter of the people here are from canada anyway ...im sorry but as good as the blazers and hornets are playing i still won't be that excitied to watch them if at all i do....the nba has and will continue to be an indivual star league which is why u better get use to watching the cav, heat, lakers, celtics and suns ...but although i think that if the heat suck so abd where they cant even play competetive then take them off ..but the last few times heat have been on espn they kept the games close and wade went off in 2nd half ... will see tonight if they can atleast challenge the spurs after they played a back to back

that's why these teams continue to be on TV.

and why is that....because they're never on TV. It's a self-fulfilling dynamic

Replace them with the raptors, at least we have Bosh, and international fans might enjoy our team.

Referring to the Hornets; the NBA should look to get them on TV. The NBA loves to promote it's product using star players, and who better this year than Chris Paul?

It's really going to be funny when the Heat go into full tank mode and Wade is out with a mystery illness and Shaq is out for...well pick any 1 of his past 100 reasons. That will really have the TNT executives pulling their hair out. I figure this should start around late February.

I don't know Milan I don't really like watching the Heat lose because slowly but surely all of the Wade lovers are jumping on the Kobe bandwagon =\
