I think Knicks fans already said it. Not in the arena, but outside the arena. So they're up next. Sorry pacers, but they called dibs.
I mean, we would like to win our series.

If Boston wins the title against whatever West team, and the West team is healthy, nobody will care that they played a graveyard of teams in the east.
If they lose the finals, not only will they get **** for losing the finals, but their path to the finals will become a much bigger deal. They'll probably be the least respected finals team in history.

Not everything is about gambling bro

my gut says this is a pick 'em series. of course i'm assuming the knicks beat indy, which i think they will.

If Garland didn't play like garbage he would have scored 40 a game...Horford can not protect the paint. Boston lacks the killer mentality needed in my opinion. The fact they let Cavs stay in the game last night with 3 main players out says it all.

Quick question: Is Porzingas close to coming back? Have there been any updates?

Who cares? The reality is that even if they win the title, people are going to find a way to downplay it and disrespect them.
Two years ago they swept KD/Kyrie, won game 7 vs the defending champs (Giannis) after winning an elimination game 6 on the road, and won game 7 of the ECF on the road vs Jimmy Butler.
People to this day still trash them for losing to the freaking warriors of all teams, even though they went through a gauntlet to get there in the first place. There has never been any respect. Haslem on live TV literally just claimed that they can't win the title because they are not battle testes. It's a joke.
